Hollingsworth Estates are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hollingsworth Group of companies. The company operates on the English / Welsh border and is directed by Paul and Shaun Hollingsworth.
Following the acquisition of the present Hollingsworth Group headquarters in 2000, opportunities became evident for extending the Group portfolio. An understanding of the local community and businesses has enabled Hollingsworth Estates to build and let bespoke units, tailored to the client’s individual requirements.
Two live development sites are currently into the construction phase. With the Group’s capability to develop these units in-house, Hollingsworth Estates are able to closely control the quality of the product and through the internal efficiencies produce competitive developed space.
